A/Prof. David Parker
B MedSc, MBBS (Hons), FRACS, FAOrthoA
Associate Professor David Parker, specialises in surgery of the knee joint, with particular interests in arthroscopic surgery, ligament reconstruction, realignment surgery, cartilage repair, and robotic knee replacement. He performs these surgeries at Royal North Shore, North Shore Private and the Mater Misericordiae Hospitals in Sydney, and is an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney. Dr. Parker is the past president of the International Society for Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery, and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS) and has attended over 100 international meetings as an invited speaker. He has over 120 peer reviewed publications in prestigious journals.
Dr. Brett Fritsch
MBBS FRCS (Orth) FFSEM
Dr. Brett Fritsch is an orthopaedic surgeon based in Sydney, specialising in knee surgery, including robotic knee replacement, ACL and ligament reconstruction, patella instability, and limb realignment (osteotomy). With over 15 years of experience and more than 5,000 knee surgeries performed, he is recognised as a leader in advanced knee procedures. Dr. Fritsch is a Director of the Sydney Orthopaedic Research Institute, Director of the ISAKOS Knee Sports and Preservation Committee, and Research Lead for the Orthopaedic Robotics Program at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers and is an invited speaker at international conferences across the USA, Europe, Asia, and South America.
Mr. Alan Getgood

Mr. Alan Getgood is a Specialist Knee Surgeon focussing on the full spectrum of knee surgery excluding knee replacement procedures. He has extensive experience in dealing with both professional and amateur athletes through his past roles as Chief of Surgery at the world renowned Aspetar Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Clinic in Doha, Qatar, and as Fellowship Director at the internationally recognised Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine clinic in London, Ontario, Canada.
Mr. Matt Dawson
MB ChB, FRCSG (Tr&Orth)
Mr. Matt Dawson is an orthopaedic surgeon based in the North of England, specialising in sports injuries, degenerative conditions, and osteotomy surgery. He has performed over 1,000 osteotomies and 2,000 knee replacements and has played a key role in advancing knee realignment surgery. His involvement in teaching at his own course and internationally as an invited speaker has contributed to the education of current and aspiring surgeons.. He was chair of the ESSKA Osteotomy Committee (2019–2022) and led a landmark international consensus study in KSSTA. Mr. Dawson continues to drive research, education, and innovation in osteotomy surgery.

With more than 40 years of experience in the medical device industry, Doug North has built a career around identifying opportunities, building businesses and bringing innovative medical technologies to market.
Doug founded Surgical Specialties and grew the business into a major medical device distribution company before its acquisition by Paragon Care Group in 2018. He subsequently established Volar Consulting, where he has advised, directed and invested in a portfolio of emerging medical device companies, drawing on decades of commercial and industry experience.
As Managing Director of Personalised Surgery, Doug provides strategic leadership across the business, guiding its growth from an Australian-founded company into an expanding global organisation at the intersection of surgical expertise and engineering intelligence.
Dr. Samuel Grasso

Samuel is a Biomedical Engineer and specialises in enabling the development and commercialisation of innovative surgical and healthcare solutions within Australia working with diverse group of health care professionals, including orthopaedic surgeons, biomedical engineers, and commercial teams.
He is driven by the challenge of identifying opportunities to improve existing surgical practices and deliver better clinical outcomes with sound research and science and deliver the optimal personalised treatment for each individual.
